Oh how the Good Lord does test us

I find it difficult, when dealing with some people, to be a good Christian. This is how I know that God is truly Love, kindness and all that is good in the world. The unfortunate thing is that God, because of "HUMANITY," is missing from many people's daily lives.
Humans are so very unreasonable, everything is about them and what they want and to hell with any one or any thing that doesn't agree with that! I am no better, I too, can be self centered and inconsiderate. But I refuse to allow others to step on me or the people I love.
In my life I have had to become some-what hard when it comes to my personal rights, needs and happiness. I once ran from confrontation and allowed jerks to roll over me. I then had a life-altering experience that showed me that, those who will take advantage can only do so to those who allow themselves to be taken advantage of. And that my friends was the end of my poor-me days!!!! My life is what I make of it and anyone who wants to be unreasonable and stand in the way to happiness, for me or those I love, will get knocked down!!
