Saturday at the Gary-Hayden house was spent doing wedding stuff ...
We made a trip to Moscow to visit a craft store so that I could pick up some ribbon needed for various wedding stuff, as well as other little odds and ends that were on sale and we needed for the wedding. We also got some ideas on things like wedding toppers, glass vases for centerpieces and bridal bouquets.
From there we had lunch then on to Bed, Bath and Beyond to register for wedding gifts - that was fun!!! We registered mostly for kitchen stuff there; we are also going to register at JC Penneys and Target. JC Penneys will be bed and bath stuff, which now that I think of it is ironic, because we registered for kitchen stuff at Bed, Bath and Beyond - lol!!! Target will be the higher ticket items like small kitchen appliances and some of the kitchen stuff we didn't already register for or registered for but is spendy at BB&B.
Once we got back home we took care of some other things - Brad and Chrissy went for a jog on the levy and I signed rental agreements with my new tenants. Then we sat for a few and watched a movie, pausing to make dinner.
After the movie it was back to the wedding - we picked music, save the date and invitation wording, and made a budget.
All-In-All it was a successful planning day!
Thanks for checking in and stay tuned for more wedding updates - like the link to our wedding Web site!
