Does anyone else feel as if their life is being controlled by passwords?
You have to have a password for everything in today’s new technologically controlled world. And you should have a different password for everything to protect yourself from unscrupulous Internet users. Whatever you do don’t write them down anywhere for fear that someone will stumble across them and take your identity.
At any given time I am expected to remember upwards of 20 passwords for e-mail accounts at home and work, bank accounts, utility bills, credit cards, cell phones, work website, this blog and any other task that use to require little effort.
Now I don’t have a hard time remembering the passwords that I use everyday or frequently but those ones that you use once a month to pay your bills or check your junk e-mail account, or to post a blog (since I seem to do that less frequently then I would like!). Those darn things get changed every month because I can’t remember them so I change them to get in to the account and pay my bill, and next month after frustration has me pulling my hair out I do it all again, only making it more difficult for me to remember those passwords!!
I am stuck in Password Purgatory - help!!!
Thanks for stopping by and if you have come up with any helpful tips to avoid Password Purgatory please do tell!! - Pegs.
