A mother wants only to protect her children
keeping them from harm and hurt each and every day.
She loves them and wants to hold them close
taking all their pain and fear away.
I wish I could hold you in my arms
and make everything okay.
If only I knew how to help you over this hurdle
I would happily do it without hesitation in any way.
