9/11

This week marked the 5th anniversary of the horrific attack on the U.S. by Bin Laudin and his drones.

The question of our safety now VS. Pre-9/11 has been brought up, and in pure political fashion we've been told that progress has been made to ensure that nothing like that will ever occur again. I however have a truly difficult time believing this to be the case.

Our government has known about the Al-quida threat for almost 20 years or more and to date can not seem to stop them. Before 9/11 ever occurred our government knew that something was brewing in the terrorist group yet took NO precautions to prevent the attack. Today they have yet to get a handle on Afghanistan or the hundreds of terrorist networks working from there, not to mention...
WHERE IN THE WORLD IS BIN LAUDIN?
Have we given up on finding him? I find it hard to believe that the MOST WANTED man in the WORLD has hidden himself so well that we can't find him!!! Maybe Americas Most Wanted could do an expo on him and Bubba could call in and let them know that the guy next door to him in a trailer park in Alabama looks a lot like that Bin guy their looking for.

I hope that nothing like 9/11 does ever happen again, but I don't completely trust our government in preventing it! I want it to be noted that I don't blame President Bush for it all, as I said previously they have been a threat for at least 20 years and in that time we have had 3 other Presidents none of which did any more,and possibly less, than the current administration to stop Al-quida!! I also want to make sure that there is no miss understanding that I don't trust our troops to do their jobs...I DO, my family has fought in the last 5 wars/conflicts and I know that they put their asses on the line for me and you everyday and without the recognition that they so deserve!!! But they can only do what they can do, at the end of the day all those in Washington D.C. who ARE WELL protected have the last say!!!
